Captain America: The Winter Soldier Trailer [2014]
The moment I heard Marvel were making a Winter Soldier Captain America movie I was very confident it was going to be better than Thor: the Dark World before seeing either film. Why? Because the source material behind the Winter Soldier is so good Marvel would have to fumble the ball really badly to have any chance of making it a failure. I'm happy that the trailer doesn't give much away in terms of story because there are going to be a big bombshell in the movie that will surprise general movie goers and fans of just the Marvel cinematic universe. Instead we're getting glimpses of Captain America's struggling coming to terms with his unique situation of being a man of a time gone by. Eating away at him is learning how not every modern conflict is like fighting Nazis or an Alien invasions, where good and evil was as simple as black and white but blurred with grey. As for the action it looks intense and pack with a ton of explosions for good measure. We also caught a peak at new addition Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson aka: Falcon and Marvel movie stalwarts Scarlett Johansson and Samuel L. Jackson reprise their roles too. Marvel's take on espionage and black ops movies should be one to mark on your calender.
